Refund policy

30-day free returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy includes sale items and discounted bundles.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact potomactackle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Eligible returns are free: there is no return shipping charge or restocking fee. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
