Processing times and shipping origin

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship from Mechanicsville, Maryland, United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $44 or more. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by destination, carrier, and shipping service. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and may be affected by delays outside our control.

Order tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
